One Facebook site to not overlook is the official Repulican Facebook site for each state with upcoming primaries/caucuses.
In your search box, type in the state name along with "Republican Party." For example, "Illinois Republican Party" or "Louisiana Republican Party."
The Illinois site has over 9,000 "likes" which means in theory 9,000 people who use FB will see your pro-Santorum posts.
The Republican Party of Louisiana site has over 7,400 "likes". You get the idea.
(I'm not sure who gets more attention and readership: the Facebook site for each state GOP or the local online newspapers where you can post Santorum comments. For example, in Hawaii, there were 2,000+ GOP members listed. I think I was able to reach more registered republican voters with FB than the main Hawaiian newspapers which I covered.)
