I spent a couple hours this afternoon trying to have a simple political debate on Santorum's main page without it going all religious. But it wasn't to be *sigh*. There is too much anti-'everything'; that doesn't have something to do with 'God', and too many hardcore fundamentalists there to even think about doing that again. A couple hours (I need help I know). There is something about watching a train wreck that is addictive, you can't look away when its happening. Trust me you don't want to try what I did. I am more firmly assured that supporters of Santorum are absolute fanatics. Hyenas with Bibles.

Bruce Lewis It's tough to have a civilized debate with Sheeple (Sheep People). I don't go to church every Sunday however I do have faith in something greater than our existence. Unfortunately religion is the major cause of the world's problems and like it or not we're all stuck in the middle of these fanatics crazy and insane ideas.

Masta Pay Hi, Jerry. I welcome a civil debate with you. I won't mention God or quote the Bible (although I have to say up front that I'm a practicing Catholic...daily Mass, regular Confession, daily rosary, the whole nine yards, etc. and yes I have gay friends whom I respect but respectfully disagree with their choices) or go all religious as you say above but will rely on arguments on reason alone. I've read a couple of your posts, and you sound very reasonable to talk to you. Most liberals or anti-Rick people that I've debated tend to be pretty vulgar and cuss a lot, but you're different it seems.

Masta Pay I just checked your profile, and I see you have a doctorate. I hold a doctorate, too, and I am your age group, so this should be interesting. Perhaps you and I could appear on television for a live debate one day or write a book together, idk. So what issues have you raised on the Santorum main page?
